General

Personal information is all kind of information that in one way or another is related to you. When you use our website or with other means contact us, we will collect and process this information. This will happen if you access our content, signs up for our newsletter, participate in events or register yourself as either a client or consultant.

The information we typically collect and process is the following: a unique ID and technical details about your computer, tablet or mobile device, your IP-address, location and what sites you access. We will process that personal information you, by yourself, type in and explicitly accept. This will often be when you fill out the forms or contact us via email. If you use our formula to sign up for our consultant database we will process: Name, phone number, e-mail, address, country, mobile phone, available date, what sort of assignments you seek and your CV.

Security

We have taken technical and organizational steps to prevent, that your information will get deleted, published, lost, impaired or end up in the wrong hands, abused or used in a way that is against the current legislations.

Purpose

The information will be used to identify you as a consultant or customer and to contact you in regards to assignments and candidates that has the most relevance to you, and to supply the services you have requested, such as, newsletters. Besides that, we use the information to optimize our services and homepage.

Period for storing

The information will be kept in a timeframe that is allowed in relation to current law and we will delete them, when they are no longer necessary. The timeframe is dependent of the character of the information and the reason for storing. It is not possible to give a concrete timeframe for when the information will be deleted.

Sharing of information

Data about, among others, your movement on the website, the links you use, your location, gender and age will be passed on to a third-party to the extent that they are known. The third-party, that are mentioned, can be found under “Cookies”. The information will be used for traffic statistics.

Beside that we use a third party to store and manage the data. These will exclusively treat the information on our behalf, and are not allowed to use them for their own gain.

Sharing of personal information, such as name and e-mail, will only happen if you give your explicit approval. We only use data processors in EU or in countries, that can provide your information with a sufficient protection.

Your rights

You have a number of special rights in regards to Privacy Regulation, when we treat personal information about you:

- The right for correction.
- The right for deletion.

If you address us, with a request to correct or delete your personal information, we will investigate if the conditions are met and, if these conditions are met, we will make the changes or the deletion as fast as possible.
